"Jay Cowley Builder built our home at 1/336 Flume Road approximately 10 years ago. Jay and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the entire building process. We are sad to say goodbye to it, but it looks as stunning as the day it was completed and has impressed its new owners.

“Jay and his team built our house and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

He has an eye for detail and is very particular in his building.

Our house had a few challenges, the 8 doors to the outside, are all level entry, as well as the 4 showers inside. 

Jay recessed all the carpet areas of the house, so as to be on the same level as the polished concrete.  No mean feat!
